Anyone who has ever dated has had them…anxieties. It’s normal and part of the process. Is this relationship going anywhere? Do I really care for him or should this be our last date? Will he call me? Is this what true love feels like?, etc., etc.
So many thoughts seem to appear from nowhere and sometimes they get in the way of your enjoying the actual date. You know better than to let that happen.
Comedian, movie star, author Amy Schumer knows better also, but she shares some of her anxieties in the August issue of Marie Claire.
“Being in love is the scariest thing in the world,” she says. You want to f-ing cry and scream. I can’t handle it,” the cover star revealed.
“Every time we say good-bye, I think, this will have been a nice last week together. Or I tell myself nothing is real and he’s going to leave me and tell me he never loved me.”
Check out the issue to hear more from Amy.
