Country music fans, family and friends are all talking about how much they’ll miss Mindy McCready. Most of us remember her through her music and her best-selling Ten Thousand Angels. And, of course, everyone was touched by the heartbreaking story of the events leading up to her suicide.
Many of the stories about Mindy mention her long affair with Red Sox and Yankees pitching great Roger Clemens. Mindy spoke about the affair in the Mindy McCready, Baseball Mistress sex tape that Vivid Entertainment distributed. Mindy said it all started when she was 16 and he was 29. She also talks on the tape about some close calls – including the time Clemens’ wife called her husband on his cell phone as he was lounging next to McCready in a bathtub.
Mindy talks about other lovers, including Dean (Superman/Clark Kent) Cain and country singer Alan Jackson. She claimed that she became friendly with Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and believes she “could have had sex with him,” but declined the opportunity.
Don’t try to run out and buy the sex tape though, as it was removed from sale after Mindy’s suicide. Steven Hirsch, head honcho of Vivid said, “The situation surrounding her death was so tragic and sad. We decided to stop marketing the tape as a gesture of respect.”
