Married Gay Couple Can’t Be Together

David and Jason met in LA in 2007.

They married in New York in September 2012

As an American you have the right to obtain a green card for your foreign spouse.

Unless you are gay.

Gay couples who are married, are not recognized as married on the federal level.

This couple can only spend 90 days at a time together – per year.

I think it is important to get this message across. This is unacceptable
